Shipping & returns

We ship worldwide.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 6 pm. Orders placed on Fridays after 6 pm will be processed the following Monday.

We are not responsible of any customs or duties that may be related to your order when entering the country of destination. We advise to check your country's import allowance and tax & duty policies before ordering, to avoid unplanned costs. If you need to get in touch with us prior to ordering, please drop us a line over email - 

In Uruguay, orders are delivered through UES Mail.

Rest of the country 72 hs* Free Shipping


* Shipping times are as of orders processed in business days. No shipments are made on weekends and / or holidays.
** The maximum weight for this rate is 1kg.
*** In case it is not found to whom to deliver the order on the shipment day, it will be sent to the pickup center closest to the address.


If you are outside Uruguay, we will ship your order via DHL. 

International shipping times vary between 5 to 7 business days. Please note that due to Covid-19, shipping times may be slightly longer.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 200.


Exchange Policy

For exchanges or order cancellations, you must contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed. Exchanges or cancellations cannot be made if the shipping process has already begun.

Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after making the purchase, for any other product available in the store that is equal to or less than the price of the original item.


Write us an e-mail to with the following information:

    Full name, order number, and product you want to change.
    Reason for the exchange (if there was a problem, for example).

Once this is done someone from our team will contact you to coordinate the change.

All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, without having been used, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition. To make an exchange you must provide your purchase ticket or exchange ticket. Without any of these tickets no changes are made. Return and exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


Returns policy


Our products are handmade, exceptionally, it can happen that an article presents a quality defect, such as minor failures, variations in natural materials such as leather, wool or silk, as well as differences in the ecoprint. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.

Only in the case of a faulty item, returns can be made up to 15 days after making the purchase. Store credit or credit card refund will be issued once we receive the item in our showroom and verify that it is unused, in good condition, and retaining its original packaging and labels. We pay the cost in this case.
